Signal Fidelity Group uses the information you submit to arrange a founder-led CommsRx demonstration.

What this form records

• Your email address and the date and purpose of your request.
• Your optional description of an upcoming communications assignment, if you choose to provide it.
• A request identifier and a short-lived security token that allows the optional answer to be added to that request. The database stores a hash of the token.

Please share only general, non-confidential context. Do not include patient information, credentials, embargoed materials or private business documents.

How the request is handled

The website and request database run on Cloudflare. Resend delivers the request confirmation and the founder notification. Abhi Basu receives the request so he can follow up. Submitting this form does not enroll you in a general marketing mailing list.

A later demo request is recorded separately from any earlier signup. Retrying the same submission does not create another request. The optional-answer capability expires after 30 minutes; that expiry does not delete the saved request.

Retention and contact

Requests and delivery records are retained under founder-managed retention for follow-up and administration; this form does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your information, contact abhi.basu@signalfidelitygroup.com.
